Tammie I really enjoyed your website and the information you provide. My girlfriend and I are going on our second camping trip and we have upgraded to a "walk in tent" ! LOL. We hit a wall when thinking of supplies and then we discovered your site. You really helped making sure we would be way more comfortable then we were the first trip. Thanks for the knowledge and laughs.

Jem, glamorous would be a stretch. Comfortable, yes. Glamour, not really. But I've grown weary of all the "glamour camp" sites that aren't do it yourself. If you pay enough money, someone will do it all for you. You can do it yourself! And really the difference between doing it comfortably and crawling around on your hands and knees, is all about the tent. Nice to meet you! Glad you like the site.

Alaska Girl, a big vehicle and a trailer. :-)

Lindsey, so glad to know you're continuing the tradition of camping your parents established. YOU will one day pack everything you need. Then it's up to you to pass that tradition on.

This is such a great list of things to bring when camping, although I will admit, whenever I've gone it hasn't been as glamourous (although I wish it had been). I just discovered your site, it is so wonderful to read :)

These are some great suggestions! It seems like the glamour camper needs a pretty big vehicle to carry all of her supplies though.
